Bread Pizza!

Hello guys,
I hope you all are at home and safe!
Here I have come up with a very simple and quick Pizza recipe that will not keep you busy in the kitchen for hours as it is quick and will definitely satisfy your pizza cravings during lockdown.

All you need is:
15 to 16 Bread Slices
7 to 8 Tomatoes (Roughly chopped)
2 Onions (Roughly chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
4 Dried Red Chillies
8 to 10 Slices of Chopped Garlic
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper
Red Chilli Powder
Tomato Ketchup
Mixed Herbs (Optional)
Processed Cheese and Butter
Sliced Capsicum
Some Milk to make White sauce (optional)

Procedure:
Step 1: First you need to make the Pizza Sauce. For which take some Butter and Oil in the saucepan. Once heated add dried Red Chillies, Chopped Garlic, Ginger-Garlic Paste and saute well. Then add Onions and Tomatos. Cover it with a lid and once they turn softer, add Red chilli powder and some Salt to taste. Let it cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Once the Onion-Tomato mixture cooks and turns mushy, let it cool completely and once cooled down grind it to rough paste. The consistency should be a little rough (and not too fine) so that it will you get the right texture of sauce.

Step 3: Heat a pan and dry-roast the bread slices only on one side. As on the other side we need to apply the Pizza sauce.

Step 4: Meanwhile preheat the Oven at around 180 degree celsius for about 10 minutes. Alternatively you can use Tawa as well.

Step 5: Now to make Pizza, apply some sauce to the other side of the bread. Put grated Cheese over the sauce and top them with Capsicum slices.

Step 6: The highlight of this recipe is a generous spread of White sauce. Well it is completely optional, but it will definitely take the taste to another level. So it is much recommended.
To make the White sauce, heat some Butter in a pan and add 2 tbsp of Plain Flour. Roast it properly and add a cup of Milk. Stir it continuously and once the mixture starts bubbling a little, add around half a cup of grated Cheese and some Salt. Stir it properly until the Cheese melts and keep it aside. To apply over Pizza, it is recommended to transfer it to a piping bag to prevent the mess as it makes it look nicer as well.

Step 7: Now lastly Sprinkle some crushed Black Pepper and mixed herbs on top and bake the slices in the oven for about 5 to 6 minutes or until the Cheese melts nicely.
If you are using Tawa, keep the slices on Tawa while keeping the flame minimum and cover it with a lid until the Cheese melts.

And the Pizza is ready!
Do try making these and it will surely help you satisfy your Pizza cravings during lockdown.
Stay safe.
