Oreo Cupcakes!

This recipe of Oreo Cupcakes is super quick to whip up this valentines eve. Here it goes!

For this you will need:

2 big packets of Oreo cookies

2 tbsp of Sugar

1 tbsp of Instant Coffee powder

1/2 tsp of Baking soda

Around half a cup of Milk as required.

Procedure:

Step 1: First of all you need to separate the Oreo cream from the cookies. Dump the Cookies in mixer jar and take the cream out in a separate bowl. Meanwhile keep your Oven to preheat at 180 Degree Celsius and keep your Cupcake tins ready. (To bake a cake out of the same batter you can get about cake pan ready lined either with Butter paper or Butter and Plain flour.)

Step 2: To the same mixture jar, add Sugar, Coffee powder, and Baking Soda in stated measurements and give it a good blend. We need the mixture to have fine powdered consistency.

Step 3: Now in the same bowl in which we kept Oreo cream aside, add few tbsp of milk and whisk it into a smooth paste.

Step 4: Now finally take the Oreo cookie mixture in a bowl, add around half a cup of Milk to it and the cream mixture. Give it a final whisk until everything gets well combined. Keep adding Milk bit by bit until you achieve smooth cake consistency.

Step 5: Once done, pour the mixture in Cupcake moulds and Put it in oven for baking at around 180 Degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.

To glam my cupcakes up I topped them with generous amount of Nutella. And they are ready to serve!
