Spiced Guava Sparkle

Hey guys! Writing a blog after long time today and I am so excited to be back! Since it's Summer, I have a super simple summer-party drink recipe to share with you.. and I have named it "Spiced Guava Sparkle!" It's a Non-Alcoholic mocktail made with fruit crush and topped with soda water. Super easy to make with absolute no prep as such but it's so tempting and totally appealing to eyes to rock your summer parties.
So here we go!

To make this 'Guava Sparkle' you will need:

- Guava Crush (I have used Mala's Guava Crush)
- Soda water (Here I have used Sprite!)
- A pinch of Roasted Cumin Powder
- A Good pinch of Black Salt
- Red Chilli Powder (Optional)
- 2 Tsp of Salt
- A wedge of Lemon
- Some Ice Cubes.
- Some fresh Mint Leaves (Optional)

And this is how to make it:

- First things first! Take the jar/glasses in which you wish to serve this mocktail. Keep it in refrigerator for a while as you start with the prep.

- Take a plate and mix together, some regular Salt with some Red chilli powder. We will need this to coat the rim of the jar as a garnish (Optional).

-  Once the jar is chilled, Take a Lemon wedge and run it through the rim of the jar so that it helps to stick the Salt and Red Chilli mixture better.

- Once ready, Put 2 good table spoons of Guava Fruit Crush at the bottom of the jar. The quantities may vary with the size of glasses/ jar and can be adjusted accordingly.

- On to that, add some Ice Cubes, 2-3 tbsp of Water, a pinch of Roasted Cumin Powder, and a pinch of Black Salt. Cumin powder gives it the exact coolness that's required and Black Salt gives it a totally different dimension in terms of taste.

- Give it a quick mix and top the entire thing up with Sprite and it's done.

- You can even garnish it with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon for that added punch and tang.

So as you can reckon, its just a few ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen and they just beautifully blend together to make your Party Show Stopper.
