Chocolate Banana Cupcakes!

Hi Guys, Welcome to “My Food Story”..

“First blog today! Whoa .. wait a minute! Is it really happening?” I was talking to my inner self while writing this one.

Writing a blog is a bit overwhelming for me because it is something that I always wanted to do; but somehow never had that much courage to actually go for it. And today, here I am presenting my very first blog, n that’s a “Dream come true” for me.

So, I invite you all to be a part of my journey and lets create some yum n  healthy food memories along the way.

Since I have chosen my birthday to publish my first blog, what a better way to celebrate than with baking a cake, right?
So the recipe had to be of a cake! Rather cupcakes!

For my special day and the first blog, I thought why not to give my Simple Chocolate Cupcakes a "healthy twist".

So here's the recipe of "Choco Banana Cupcakes" for you.
This one is definitely a show stopper and I hope you like it as well.
So without further ado let’s begin!

Choco Banana Cupcakes.

For Eggless Chocolate Banana Cupcakes
you will require:

-Plain flour    100 grams

-Cocoa powder    1 Tbsp

-Baking powder  1 tsp

-Soda bicarb/ baking soda  ½ tsp

-Soft unsalted butter   ¼ cup

-Condensed milk   ½ cup

-Fresh banana pulp   2-3 Tbsp

-Powdered sugar   2 Tbsp

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp (optional)

-Milk ½ cup

Procedure:

Step 1: In a bowl, take all the dry ingredients i.e. Flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda bicarb and whisk properly until is well combined.

Step 2: In another bowl, take butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla essence and whisk the mixture until sugar is dissolved. It would take good 7 to 8 mins.

Step 3: Add banana pulp to the mixture and mix well.

Step 4: Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and whisk properly. While doing this, keep adding milk to the mixture to make a smooth batter.
Make sure there are no lumps.

Step 5: When the the batter is ready, pour it in the cupcake moulds and put them in a preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes. With 100 grams flour mixture, you can make 7-8 cupcakes.

Check after 15 minutes if they are ready. If not, let them bake for more 5 minutes.

Once they are ready and cooled down, demould them and garnish with your favorite toppings.
Enjoy!

Hey guys, do let me know how you like the recipe and if any "Recipe Requests" are there, do share with me.
I would love to hear from you.
Thank You.
