This recipe of Oreo Cupcakes is super quick to whip up this valentines eve. Here it goes! For this you will need: 2 big packets of Oreo cookies 2 tbsp of Sugar 1 tbsp of Instant Coffee powder 1/2 tsp of Baking soda Around half a cup of Milk as required. Procedure : Step 1: First of all you need to separate the Oreo cream from the cookies. Dump the Cookies in mixer jar and take the cream out in a separate bowl. Meanwhile keep your Oven to preheat at 180 Degree Celsius and keep your Cupcake tins ready. (To bake a cake out of the same batter you can get about cake pan ready lined either with Butter paper or Butter and Plain flour.) Step 2: To the same mixture jar, add Sugar, Coffee powder, and Baking Soda in stated measurements and give it a good blend. We need the mixture to have fine powdered consistency.
